What TDS water is best? Should we drink RO water?
Yes, up to 300 TDS water is good, but 300 to 600hardly acceptable more than 600 TDS is unacceptable. RO water will effect to our body. RO mean Reverse Osmosis which is waste lots of water while purify. Lots of people using RO water at home without any TDS knowledge. They using 50, 20, 60, 100 TDS water for drinking which will effect in next 10–15 years. Better we should use Ultra Violet, Ultra Filter purification method.
